Winpak Corporate seeks a Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Finance team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The role supports FP&A, treasury, taxation, financial reporting, and strategic finance initiatives, using data, AI, and automation to improve decision making.

The ideal candidate has a CPA and 3+ years in corporate finance or FP&A, with strong modeling and ERP experience. This hybrid, full-time role offers cross-functional exposure and travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related discipline.
• CPA designation or equivalent.
• 3+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, treasury, or related finance function.
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and adaptability to learn new tools.
• Ability to work independently and communicate financial info clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Support FP&A, budgeting, forecasts, and long-term plans.
• Perform variance analyses vs budget/forecast/prior year.
• Build financial models for pricing, capex, acquisitions, and investments.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide recommendations.
• Prepare dashboards, presentations, and KPI reporting for executives.
• Conduct profitability analyses by unit, product, customer, and region.
