Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, supply chain systems, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; Computer Science or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
  • Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Understanding of supply chain planning processes; experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or replenishment is an asset.
  • Experience working collaboratively with business stakeholders, Technology teams, and external vendors.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise applications in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery practices.
  • Experience with Blue Yonder or similar supply chain planning platforms is an asset.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, query tuning, large-volume batch processing, or reliability/operational practices is an additional asset.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support the design, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of IPFR capabilities.
  • Work closely with Blue Yonder and internal Technology teams to investigate and resolve functional and production issues.
  • Deep dive into batch performance metrics to improve run-times through query optimization
  • Support forecasting, replenishment, inventory planning, and related supply chain processes.
  • Analyze system and data issues, support root-cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution within established SLAs.
  • Participate in testing, releases, upgrades, and post-production validation using the existing Change Management process
  • Identify opportunities to improve system capabilities, processes, and user experience.

Sr. Product Analyst, Supply Chain Systems - Brampton, ON

We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst – Supply Chain Systems to support and enhance our Integrated Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (IPFR) platform, supported by our technology partner, Blue Yonder.

In this role, you will serve as a key connection between Supply Chain, Technology, and vendor teams. You will help translate business needs into effective technology solutions, support product enhancements, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our supply chain planning capabilities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
