Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with JDA, Luminate Demand Edge, SAP, SQL, or similar planning systems.
• Knowledge of Python, SAS, VBA is an asset.
• Experience with inventory replenishment, forecasting, allocation systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct forecast reviews for promotional items and special programs to support inventory allocation.
• Analyze variances between Category forecasts and Allocation projections and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Determine store-level allocations using sales history, mapping, and demand factors.
• Recommend merchandising and allocation methods (loose cases, half-pallets, full-pallets).
• Complete floor-mapping allocations for inventory placement and execution.
• Develop allocation plans for items with limited or no sales history.
• Maintain accurate store records and allocation parameters.
• Adjust allocations based on on-hand inventory and business direction.
• Review promotions with stakeholders and adjust allocations as needed.
• Collaborate with Category and offshore Allocation teams on strategies and execution.
