Teneo’s Toronto Financial Advisory team is seeking a Senior Consultant / Manager to advise boards, management teams and lenders facing financial stress. You will work with experienced practitioners on engagements and help deliver value for clients in challenging scenarios.

The role offers opportunities to mentor colleagues, develop technical expertise and contribute to business development within a growing Canadian practice. Toronto hybrid work model is available.

Qualifikationen

• Basic Qualifications describe the required education and experience.
• CPA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical skills and IT proficiency.
• Knowledge of Restructuring Services/Insolvency or related client-facing experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Desire to learn and develop further.

Aufgaben

• Managing junior staff on restructuring engagements.
• Producing high-quality deliverables within planned timescales.
• Developing distinctive client relationships.
• Supporting and contributing to client presentations.
• Helping meet team performance targets.
• Applying understanding of engagement economics and risk and quality management.
• Applying knowledge of the Canadian Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act where applicable.

Kenntnisse

Degree in accounting/finance

CPA qualified or equivalent

Analytical with IT skills

Restructuring/Insolvency knowledge

Work under pressure
