Job summary

TTI Canada is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, delivering insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations. You will drive forecasting, budgeting, and month‑end reporting to enable profitable growth and informed leadership decisions.

Lead financial modeling, implement new reporting tools, and manage category-level profitability analysis in a fast‑paced, global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• CPA designation or near completion.
• 3+ years of finance/accounting experience in a large corporation.
• Strong analytical and accounting/financial analysis skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel; SAP/HFM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and provide strategic insights to support decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver on business objectives.
• Prepare financial models and ad hoc analyses for leadership.
• Support month-end reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Maintain datasets and profitability analysis at category level.
• Develop and implement new reporting tools for growing business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Assist in Quarterly Financial Operations Review.
• Participate in strategic financial projects.
• Analyze category P&L variances and explanations.
