Job summary

Mitel is seeking a senior FP&A business partner for the Americas Service Organization. You will lead full P&L from revenue to gross margin, implement governance, and provide analytical insights to support strategic decisions.

Reporting to Global Head of Service Finance, you will drive monthly actuals, outlooks, and budget processes, collaborating with regional heads and guiding financial governance across Mitel Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
• 5+ years in FP&A, controlling or accounting roles.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to prioritize.
• Team-oriented with leadership and motivational abilities.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and experience with ERP/BW data structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive Mitel Service reporting including Monthly Actuals & Outlook with variance analysis.
• Prepare insights on P&L deviations (Revenue, COS, Margin) MoM, YoY, and vs. Plan.
• Lead strategic financial planning including Budget, B2, and Midterm-Plan.
• Coordinate governance with regional stakeholders and support service finance BPs.
• Provide financial guidance and support to other Service Finance teams.
• Serve as SPOC for Service-related Finance requests internally and group-wide.
• Identify sub-optimal performance and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Create ad-hoc analyses to support Management decisions.
