Job summary

Husky Technologies TM seeks a Finance Director to lead FP&A, business partnering, and governance for its Global Service Business, driving profitable growth across field service, contracts, parts, and aftermarket offerings.

In this role you will shape long-range planning, deliver monthly reporting, build dashboards and KPIs, and partner with service leadership to optimize pricing, investments, and operational performance across regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive FP&A, finance business partnering, commercial finance, or operational finance experience with leadership responsibility.
Experience in service, aftermarket, field service, maintenance, or contract-based business preferred.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP and planning/reporting systems.
Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management across functions and regions.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning for service business.
Develop revenue, margin, cost, and headcount forecasts based on drivers.
Translate strategies into financial plans with clear assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for service growth and investments.
