Job summary

Sophos seeks a Senior Financial Analysis Manager of Sales Finance to own the Americas finance partnership and serve as a trusted advisor to the Americas Sales SVP and leadership team. This senior role will shape the regional financial narrative, translate performance into executive insights, and influence growth, investment allocation, and sales execution.

You will lead the Americas financial operating rhythm, own topline and end-to-end P&L oversight, and guide strategic choices on headcount,

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Sales Finance or related, partnering with senior sales leaders.
• Deep understanding of sales motions, territory/quota planning, renewals, churn.
• Experience FP&A in high-growth tech companies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving, data-driven decisions.
• Ability to leverage AI and automation for analysis and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own Americas sales finance partnership and topline performance.
• Lead Americas operating rhythm, forecast, and end-to-end P&L oversight.
• Guide headcount, quota capacity, sales compensation, and investment planning.
• Develop decision-ready financial models for sales strategy and go-to-market planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Renewal Sales, and operations to align goals and drive accountability.
• Influence pricing, promotions, and other commercial initiatives to balance growth and profitability.
