Job summary

Impact Ministries Canada is seeking a Financial Manager to provide leadership and expertise in directing all financial activities across the ministry in Canada. The role reports to the CEO and collaborates with the Operations Manager and Bookkeeper.

The position oversees annual budgeting, compliance with CRA and GAAP, and the preparation of financial reports for the CEO, Operations Manager and Finance Committee.

• Budget, audit, accounting and tax experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual budget preparation.
• Ensure CRA and GAAP compliance.
• Prepare financial reports for CEO, Operations Manager, or Finance Committee.
• Audit preparation and internal controls maintenance.
• Oversee payroll, employee benefits, RRSPs and Worksafe.
• Oversee online giving, receipts and insurance policies alongside Canadian Operations Manager.
