You will manage four direct reports, collaborate with the Enersul Management Team, and report to the VP of Finance & Controller.

The role is in-office at the Calgary head office, focusing on controlling, reporting, and continuous improvement of finance processes within Marmon’s standards.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles incl. US GAAP.
• StrongERP and reporting experience with Epicor or similar systems.
• Operates with an organizational finance mindset and proven leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CPA required.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business leaders to shape strategy and drive financial decisions.
• Oversee month-end close, reporting, working capital and reconciliations.
• Lead budget and forecast preparation and reporting.
• Coordinate parent company reporting through OneStream or similar.
• Ensure SOX compliance and audits coordination.
• Oversee tax compliance and statutory filings.
