Qualifications

• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including US GAAP.
• ERP experience with Epicor or similar.
• Experience with automated financial and accounting reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to shape strategy and drive business decisions using financial insights.
• Oversee month-end close, reporting, working capital and reconciliations to deliver GAAP-compliant statements.
• Lead budget and forecast preparation and reporting aligned with Marmon requirements.
