Job summary

The Shaw Group in New Brunswick is seeking driven Business Development Representatives to join our team. You will own trade relationships across landscaping, masonry and exterior cladding, serving as a builder’s ally at the counter, on job sites and at dealer desks.

Field and branch sales activities include visiting contractors, managing the dealer network, producing quotes, and coordinating deliveries. You will maintain CRM records, provide monthly market forecasts, and contribute to seasonal

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales experience in building materials, construction supply, or a related trade.
• Knowledge of hardscape, masonry, or exterior cladding installation to discuss with crews.
• Ability to read plans and produce budgetary material takeoffs.
• English/French bilingual required.

Responsibilities

• Call regularly on landscape and masonry contractors and homebuilders.
• Manage the local building supply dealer network and pro desk visits.
• Visit active jobsites to check in on crews and resolve issues.
• Prepare budgetary material takeoffs and quotations from plans.
• Maintain CRM and provide monthly forecasts and market activity.
