• Excellent calendar, inbox, travel and client communications management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Founder’s calendar, inbox, travel and client communications across multiple time zones.
• Manage invoicing and cross-border scheduling with discretion and efficiency.
• Use AI tools daily to increase output and accuracy.
• Partner with a founder who leads globally and adapt to evolving needs.
