Stifel Canada is seeking a highly motivated, full-time Investment Banking Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Investment Banking in Toronto. The role requires in-person attendance and offers a salary range of $75,000–$85,000 CAD annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare materials, and assist with client invoices and expense reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of capital markets and the financial services industry is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Extremely high discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Teamwork with initiative and independence.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Investment Banking.
• Manage multi-calendar scheduling, filing, and records.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and client events; prepare agendas and materials.
• Prepare deal-related correspondence and monthly expense reports.
• Manage executive email inbox and travel arrangements.
• Prepare client invoices and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain extensive contact databases and liaise with staff and clients.
• Take notes and write minutes during meetings; provide pre-briefings as needed.
• Handle general inquiries and support ad hoc requests as required.
