Job summary

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group Ltd. seeks a Stewardship & Engagement Analyst to join its ESG team in a hybrid work environment, combining in-office and remote days. The role focuses on stewardship, engagement, and responsible investing reporting for CC&L affiliates.

You will prepare content for reporting, RFPs and DDQs; maintain records; gather information from internal and external teams; and support ESG research and engagement activities with investment teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in institutional investment, responsible investing or related fields.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Sustainability or related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with data, spreadsheets and reporting templates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Familiarity with UN PRI, TCFD disclosure or stewardship reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, coordination and delivery of stewardship and reporting.
• Prepare content for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and consultant databases.
• Maintain organized records of stewardship activities and voting information.
• Collect and validate information from internal teams and external providers.
• Support ESG and stewardship research to inform reporting and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with investment teams and stakeholders to ensure reporting is clear and well-supported.
