You will collaborate with investment teams to prepare stewardship disclosures, client reports and responses to RFPs, while maintaining organized records and supporting data validation across CC&L affiliates. The role emphasizes strong data, reporting literacy and effective communication to summarize complex information succinctly, with a hybrid work

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, responsible investing, sustainability reporting, investment operations or related field.
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Sustainability, or related discipline; completion of industry courses is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and reporting templates.
Strong written and verbal communication, ability to summarize complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

Support the preparation, coordination and delivery of stewardship, engagement and responsible investing reporting.
Prepare content and responses for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and consultant databases for CC&L affiliates.
Maintain organized records of stewardship activities, reporting inputs and voting information.
Collect, organize and validate information from internal teams and external service providers for timely reporting.
Support research and analysis related to ESG and stewardship topics to inform reporting and engagement.
Collaborate with investment teams, affiliates and stakeholders to ensure reporting is clear and well-supported.
