Job summary

CC&L Financial Group is seeking a Stewardship & Engagement Analyst to join the Stewardship & Engagement team. You will support reporting on stewardship, engagement and responsible investing, including annual and client reporting, and respond to RFPs and RFIs.

The role collaborates with investment teams and external providers to ensure reporting is clear, accurate and well-supported. A 2–4 year track record in institutional investment or sustainability reporting is expected, with a degree in

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in institutional investment, responsible investing or sustainability reporting.
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Sustainability or related field; industry courses are a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to summarize complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

Support preparation and delivery of stewardship, engagement and responsible investing reporting.
Prepare content for RFPs, RFIs, and consultant databases for CC&L affiliates.
Maintain organized records of stewardship activities and voting information.
Collect and validate information from internal teams and external providers for timely reporting.
Support ESG research to inform reporting and engagement activities.
Collaborate with investment teams and stakeholders to ensure clear, supported reporting.
