This role reports to the ABE & Student Services Director and oversees ELT Coordinator and Registration staff. The successful candidate will drive program development, community partnerships, and service planning, ensuring accessible adult education and strong student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Human Services, Social Sciences, Education or Business Management.
• Preference for a bachelor’s in education.
• Minimum of three years of related experience with strong management and supervision skills.
