Job summary

New Westminster Schools is seeking a Manager, Strategic Enrollment and Student Information Services (SESIS) to lead district-wide enrollment, student information systems, and class size planning. Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of progressively responsible leadership experience in K–12 education or a comparable complex organization.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise software implementations.
• Experience in strategic planning and organizational change.
• Experience advising senior leaders and interpreting legislation, collective agreements, and Ministry policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level strategic leadership for enrollment management, student information governance, and school organizational planning.
• Oversee class size and composition planning and compliance, including staffing implications and risk mitigation.
• Lead enterprise-wide student information systems initiatives and data governance standards (MyEducationBC and related apps).
• Act as the district liaison with the Ministry of Education on reporting, funding submissions, and compliance.
• Drive enrollment forecasting, program of choice planning, and cross-boundary placement decisions.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to support budgeting, staffing, and program decisions.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams and change management efforts.
