Reporting to the Associate Superintendent and Secretary–Treasurer, the Manager, Strategic Enrollment and Student Information Services (Manager SESIS) provides district-wide strategic leadership for student enrollment, student information management, class size and composition, and enrollment planning. The position serves as the District's subject matter expert in student information systems, enrollment policy, Ministry reporting, and student data governance, providing strategic advice and recommendations to the Senior Management and District Leadership teams.
The Manager SESIS is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of district-wide systems, policies, and procedures governing student registration, admissions, enrollment forecasting, class size and composition, student placement, and student information management. The position leads enterprise-wide initiatives that support strategic planning, operational effectiveness, Ministry compliance, and evidence-informed decision making.
Provides supervision, leadership, coaching, mentorship, and performance management to the Clerical & Registration Manager, and unionized support staff supporting enrollment, student information, and registration services while fostering continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.
