Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience with specialization in employment law and investigations.
• Ability to conduct impartial investigations and provide written findings with recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Standards, Human Rights, and common law.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on highly complex employment issues for employees and leaders.
• Lead or participate in impartial investigations and provide findings and recommendations.
• Monitor legal changes and develop compliant employment policies and practices.
• Guide HR Partners on matters with legal risk, engaging internal/external partners as needed.
• Identify risks and trends in employee relations and implement policy changes.
• Coach managers and HR colleagues, delivering training and enabling learning.
