Job summary

The Corporation of The Town of Milton is seeking a Director, Community Services, to oversee Facility Services and Parks & Facilities Development. You will guide day-to-day operations across Town facilities and lead redevelopment and asset management initiatives, while championing energy management and sustainability.

You will report to the Commissioner, Community Services, and drive strategic plans, budgets, and workforce development to deliver safe, accessible, and customer-focused municipal

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a related field with related experience.
• Ten years of progressive municipal facilities, parks/facility development, recreation experience.
• Experience overseeing multi-site facility operations and capital project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure alignment with capital planning and corporate priorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate portfolio activities within Community Services.
• Lead policy development and program implementation for the division.
