Job summary

Mother Parkers is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to guide industry standard practices, maintain the Demand Plan, and manage Logility software. You will collaborate across teams, monitor high-volume accounts, and ensure forecast integrity to support sales and inventory decisions.

The role requires 4+ years in demand/sales planning or finance, experience with Logility and AX ERP, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Demand Planning / Sales Planning / Finance.
• APICS certification is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated experience with Logility and Microsoft AX ERP, plus advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop cross-functional relationships with teams.
• Monitor performance of high-volume accounts and forecast accuracy.
• Evaluate forecast bias and drive corrective actions with account leads.
• Support monthly Consensus Demand and S&OP meetings.
• Contribute to commercialization to update forecasts for new projects.
• Support inventory strategies using Integrated Business Planning outputs.
• Highlight emerging demand trends requiring action.

The Role:

This position provides guidance on industry standard demand planning practices, reviews assigned forecast portfolio and ensures the maintenance and the integrity of Demand Plan and the Logility software.

What you get to do:

• Initiate and develop strong relationships with cross functional teams
• Regular monitoring of how our high-volume accounts are performing
• Evaluate and measure forecast accuracy and bias results against objectives/plan; leverage results with the account leads in order to drive corrective action
• Facilitate the identification and resolution of forecast variances, and approve updates
• Participate in the monthly Consensus Demand and S&OP meetings with the Sales Team / Marketing
• Actively participate in our Commercialization process to ensure forecasts are being updated to support new projects
• Support inventory management strategies by monitoring global solutions created by Integrated Business Planning
• Highlight emerging demand trends that require action planning and/or decision making

What you bring to the role:
