Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Demand Planner to coordinate planning, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and timely fulfillment of products across the organization, with a focus on Bayshore Specialty Rx. You will work with Intake, Fulfillment, Logistics and Inventory Control teams to ensure accurate fulfillment and optimize order sequencing by geographic region.

The role includes forecasting demand, monitoring stock levels, supporting replenishment planning, and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a warehouse setting with inventory management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of various WMS or the concepts associated with each.
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, replenishment, and inventory accuracy across the organization.
• Monitor on-hand inventory to ensure sufficient stock for timely order fulfillment and flag shortages.
• Review backorders and support monthly inventory processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory, demand and fulfillment priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce transportation and labour costs.
