Job summary

CAE Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex defence and aerospace programs within the Defense & Security Canada Acquisition and Updates organization. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk while interfacing with customers, government stakeholders, and industry partners.

The role offers exposure to senior CAE leadership and opportunities across a portfolio of critical programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP certification highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management disciplines: scope, schedule, cost, risk, change and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of defence acquisition, modernization, training and sustainment projects.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, revenue milestones, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and interface with customers and government stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, resources, communications and risk.
• Ensure adherence to CAE project governance processes and reviews.
