The role combines performance measurement, business analysis and BI to support an enterprise-wide planning process, ensuring decisions are grounded in consistent evidence and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in analytics, commerce, economics, statistics or public policy.
• 4–5 years of experience in performance measurement, data analytics or BI in large orgs.

Responsibilities

• Link city services and plans to performance metrics and corporate priorities.
• Develop evaluation questions and measures of success; summarize findings for decision-makers.
• Provide analytical support: options analysis, scenario modelling and business cases.
