Overview:
The Business Decision Support Professional Level 2 facilitates complex decision-making in support of the design and implementation of business change or improvement initiatives.
A minimum eleven (11) years of directly related work experience or equivalent.
Translate business insights into strategic, actionable options by obtaining and organizing key business information, enabling informed decision-making.
Facilitate decision-making across diverse groups of stakeholders by using excellent skills in communication, critical thinking, and persuasive influencing to deliver recommendations that align to the business goals.
Maintain meaningful business relationships by prioritizing strategic considerations in a complex environment with diverse groups of stakeholders so that projects are implemented as planned.
Plan and organize business initiatives by using expert knowledge in business drivers, risk tolerance, and trade-off processes, to enable successful integration and adoption in the company’s complex and regulated environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline
Advanced English skills for professional environment, written and spoken
A minimum five (5) years of strategic business analysis experience or equivalent.
Contribute effectively as a team player within the project team.
Develop and maintain key working processes and tracking spreadsheets
Facilitate and lead workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SME), impacted stakeholders, and implementation consultants to gain an understanding and agree on process design solutions and identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Produce high quality future state process design solutions, Standard Operating Procedures, and key decision documents.
Work to ensure viability of process design solutions and that they satisfy business requirements. Conversely, ensure that the business requirements are satisfied by the process design solutions. Additional Education and Skills
Team Leadership: Preference will be given to individuals with a proven ability to lead a team. Ability to provide training, technical guidance and direction to other team members
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office tools –Excel, Visio, Project, query tools and management reporting systems
Knowledge of various in-house and enterprise wide systems SAP, SharePoint, Passport
Salary/Rate Range: $78.00 -$96.00 per hour
Term:12-month contract; most likely to extend
