Timber-Tech Group of Companies is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth by managing relationships with residential builders, commercial, and agricultural customers across Western Canada. You will position engineered wood products and prefab solutions to influence design decisions early in projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales experience in construction, building materials, or related industry preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external contacts.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new residential, commercial and agricultural construction projects.
• Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with company growth targets.
• Actively prospect new builders, commercial, farm operations, and project stakeholders.
• Track and manage opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle within CRM system (Acumatica).
• Actively manage all outstanding quotes to drive conversion.
