Job summary

Trisura in Toronto seeks a Communications Manager to own our internal and external communications across North America. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will craft content and ensure our brand voice remains consistent across leadership and corporate channels.

You will lead editorial planning, collaborate with stakeholders and agencies, and develop thought leadership materials while supporting marketing campaigns and events. Strong writing and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in communications, content, or corporate communications, preferably in financial services or professional services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills; can manage multiple editorial streams.
• Bilingual English and French is an asset.
• Familiarity with internal comms platforms and email marketing tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage leadership and corporate communications across internal and external audiences, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and priorities.
• Review and approve materials created by stakeholders and agencies for accuracy and consistency.
• Own the internal communications program to inform, engage, and connect employees with company strategy and culture.
• Partner with People and Culture on recognition, culture moments, and milestone communications.
• Develop thought leadership content for external audiences, including bylined articles and speaking notes.
