NEXT Supply in Vaughan, Ontario is seeking a Collection Specialist to proactively manage customer accounts and improve cash flow. You will handle overdue balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve account issues in collaboration with the finance team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in credit and collections, CCP designation is an asset, and proficiency with ERP systems. Join a respectful, collaborative culture focused on integrity and customer service.

Competenze

• 5+ years of credit and collection experience in a high-volume environment.
• CCP designation or enrolment in the CCP program is an asset.
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to reduce DSO and improve cash flow.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and determine effective collection methods.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and address disputed invoices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of collection actions and communications.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to resolve aging accounts.
