Job summary

Messa Sync in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a Communications Agent to facilitate clear, concise communication between clients and their audiences across multiple platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with client goals and is executed seamlessly.

You will draft, proofread, and edit press releases, emails, and other content, manage communication channels, and support brand messaging with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing communications for clients
• Manage and maintain communication channels between clients and their customers
• Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance brand presence
• Draft, proofread, and edit content for press releases, emails, and other communication materials
• Coordinate communication efforts across departments to ensure consistency
• Analyze communication strategies and suggest improvements
• Provide customer service support as needed, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
