Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services with advisor and client focus
• Strong change leadership and project delivery experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Comfort with AI and innovative solutions in a business context

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of end‑to‑end business implementation plans to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Apply structured methodologies and established frameworks.
• Collaborate with Journey Owners, Operations, Compliance and Technology to assess change impact.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies using data‑driven insights.
• Support content planning, training materials, and adoption metrics.
