Job summary

Richardson Wealth Ltd. is seeking a Process Engineer to drive process improvements across our wealth management platform.

You will partner with the Operations Journey Owner and cross-functional teams to map current processes, identify bottlenecks, and design data-driven solutions that boost efficiency and client experience. You will participate in Agile ceremonies, develop roadmaps, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in process improvement, business analysis, or operations in financial services.
• Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with process mapping and reengineering methodologies.
• Familiarity with BPM tools and data analysis concepts.
• Awareness of regulatory and compliance standards in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Journey Owners to identify processes needing improvement using analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Evaluate current processes for efficiency, effectiveness, compliance and bottlenecks.
• Develop a process improvement roadmap and prioritize initiatives by impact and feasibility.
• Map current and future experiences using process reengineering principles.
• Ensure deliverables comply with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Maintain documentation of processes, changes and best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and present sprint deliverables to leadership.
