Job summary

Fraser Health is seeking a Client Partner, Capital Developments' Strategic Change to lead operational readiness for the new Surrey hospital opening in 2030. You will coordinate engagement with diverse stakeholders, develop readiness plans, and escalate issues impacting timelines.

Strong change management and project leadership are essential. Experience with hospital redevelopments and Smartsheet is an asset.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health, Business or related discipline; PMP/PROSCI/CCMP certification preferred.
• Five years of recent experience delivering project and change management in a large, multi-stakeholder environment.
