Fraser Health is seeking a Client Partner, Capital Developments' Strategic Change, to plan and prepare for the opening of a new hospital in 2030. You will support readiness planning with clinical and technical teams, ensuring processes and systems are in place for a complex, multi-stakeholder rollout.
You will coordinate engagement across diverse groups, develop readiness plans, and escalate issues that could affect timelines or outcomes.
The salary range for this position is CAD $46.37 - $66.66 / hour

The project is complex and involves the integration of a community hospital with a regional cancer centre under one roof. This future focused hospital promises to be progressive in its clinical care delivery. When complete, the new facility will feature key acute care services including virtual health, inpatient, outpatient, emergency and surgical services integrated with a cancer centre focused on cancer care, treatment, research and education.
As a Client Partner, Capital Developments’ Strategic Change, you will play a central role in planning and preparing for the successful opening of the new hospital in 2030. This exciting role will support operational readiness planning and activities in partnership with clinical and technical teams, ensuring that processes and systems are in place.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating engagement with diverse stakeholder groups, supporting the development and implementation of readiness plans, and identifying and escalating issues that could impact timelines or outcomes. You will work closely with both clinical leaders and technical partners to ensure operational readiness requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and completed. You will also lead initiatives that support readiness planning.
Previous experience in hospital redevelopment, particularly in project management and change management, will be an asset in supporting teams through the complexity of transitioning into a new facility. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build trusted relationships across disciplines. A strong capability in using Smartsheet is an asset.

The Client Partner, Capital Developments' Strategic Change provides advice on change strategies and approaches, and project and change services. The Client Partner is assigned to large, complex capital development initiatives and works in partnership with sponsors to execute on the strategic plans of the organization. The initiatives have multiple stakeholders at various levels, internal and external, and the Client Partner plays a critical role in designing, coordinating and implementing engagement strategies.
Master's degree in Health, Business or related discipline supplemented by PMP, PROSCI and/or CCMP certification/designation. Five (5) years' recent experience delivering results using project and change management methods in a large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Valid BC driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business related purposes.
