• Implement monthly close and executive reporting cadence with timely statements.
• Develop rolling 13-week cash flow forecasts and 12-month outlook.
• Establish a reliable product costing model and margin reporting.
• Create an executive KPI dashboard tracking revenue, gross margin, and cash flow.
• Lead capital strategy, banking relations, and investor communications.
• Oversee tax, compliance, risk management, and internal controls.
