Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree.
• Strong financial analysis skills with ability to interpret statements and derive insights for growth and risk mitigation.
• Solid knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, loan documentation and related policies.
• Experience in customer sales and service.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills; strong collaboration and teamwork.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities across complex scenarios.
• Influence skills and data-driven decision making are essential.

• Develops and executes sales strategies to attract new business clients and expand relationships.
