Desjardins is seeking a Personal Advisor in Canada to help build and maintain relationships with members and clients. You will advise on specialized products and solutions, analyze client needs, and deliver personalized service aligned with current strategies and practices.

You will promote and sell offerings, ensure satisfaction, and support retention. The role emphasizes interpersonal savvy and delivering professional service in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• General college diploma in a related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention.
• Advise members and clients on specialized products, services and solutions and ensure member/client satisfaction. Analyze and meet special client needs, handle requests and follow up.
• Collect, compile and analyze data. Prepare reports and recommendations.
• Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field.
