Job summary

Desjardins in Quebec is seeking a Wealth Management Advisor to build lasting relationships with members and clients, understand financial needs, and recommend suitable savings, investments, loans and insurance solutions.

You will stay informed on market trends, collaborate with Desjardins partners to design integrated strategies, and contribute to client satisfaction and prudent risk management. Fluency in French is required and a mutual fund certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Knowledge of current financial, economic, political and legislative events.
• Knowledge of analysis of markets, leaders, and external environment.
• Specialized knowledge of tax, financial and succession issues for individuals and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Advise members and clients on best strategies and expected results.
• Manage business relationships and assess satisfaction and service quality.
• Stay up-to-date on financial services industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse.
