Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in employee benefits administration.
  • Customer-focused orientation with commitment to service.
  • Experience administering group benefit plans, disability programs, and leaves.
  • Experience conducting benefits reviews, audits, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud or an equivalent HRIS.

Responsibilities

  • Administer employee group benefit and pension programs per agreements and policies.
  • Coordinate benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and leaves including disability leaves.
  • Audit and monitor benefit records and premium payments for accuracy.
  • Serve as primary contact for inquiries on benefits, coverage, claims, and leaves.
  • Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and payroll for benefit administration and return-to-work processes.
  • Support disability management and return-to-work initiatives with the Wellness team.
