Job summary

NWI Precision in Toronto seeks an experienced Director of Operations to optimize manufacturing, drive throughput, quality, efficiency, and safety, and set strategies for growth and supply chain optimization.

You will manage production planning, scheduling, inventory, and logistics, leading a high-performance team while ensuring AS9100 compliance and a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years of Lean and Continuous Improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all manufacturing operations, including scheduling, forecasting, production control, inventory control and quality.
• Drive long-range strategic planning for manufacturing, growth, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and related regulations; champion a culture of safety and quality.
• Lead and mentor the operations leadership team to build a high-performance organization.
