Job summary

Lisi Aerospace Canada is seeking an accomplished Operations Director to lead daily manufacturing and site operations, and to drive LEAN and cost-reduction initiatives across the plant. You will coordinate with Engineering, Customer Service and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery, safety, quality and profitability while shaping the site's strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams across manufacturing, engineering and admin.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus.
• Experience with operations management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to meet sales, on-time delivery, EBIT, CAPEX, CIP/LEAP, Inventory Management, Safety and Quality goals.
• Develop a vision, strategy, and key objectives aligned with the Company’s goals and lead execution.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration to improve cost and delivery.
• Implement LEAP processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and promote Health and Safety culture across the site.
• Manage CAPEX budgeting, inventory levels, purchasing, and planning.
