You Have
- Designed and implemented relationship management and/or engagement frameworks that improved cross-functional collaboration
- Led the development of performance tracking systems to monitor strategic outcomes
- Supported senior leadership with strategic planning, decision-making tools, reporting, and analysis
- Facilitated internal hubs or working groups to align teams on strategic relationship activities to ensure collaboration and alignment
- Maintained and analyzed CRM data to inform strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Worked with diverse communities, including Indigenous and equity-seeking groups, to build inclusive relationships
- Delivered monthly reports and insights to executive teams to support enterprise-wide awareness and alignment
