Location: Ottawa ON (Hybrid) or Toronto ON (Hybrid) or Ontario CA (Remote) or Quebec CA (Remote)

You Have

  • Designed and implemented relationship management and/or engagement frameworks that improved cross-functional collaboration
  • Led the development of performance tracking systems to monitor strategic outcomes
  • Supported senior leadership with strategic planning, decision-making tools, reporting, and analysis
  • Facilitated internal hubs or working groups to align teams on strategic relationship activities to ensure collaboration and alignment
  • Maintained and analyzed CRM data to inform strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement
  • Worked with diverse communities, including Indigenous and equity-seeking groups, to build inclusive relationships
  • Delivered monthly reports and insights to executive teams to support enterprise-wide awareness and alignment
