Job summary

Strathmore Facilities Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Strategic Accounts Manager and Supervisor to own and manage assigned shopping centres and commercial properties in the field.

You will lead client relationships, supervise field crews, and ensure landscape services are delivered safely, on schedule, and to Strathmore standards. The role blends client management with hands-on supervision, field inspections, and proactive improvement recommendations to maintain high-quality property

Qualifications

• Experience supervising landscape crews or managing commercial properties or accounts.
• Strong client service and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to organize crews, schedules, equipment, materials, and changing daily priorities.
• Leadership skills to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Oversee landscape maintenance operations across multiple properties.
• Supervise crews and provide direction to Crew Leaders and field staff.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal schedules and resources.
• Ensure services are completed safely, efficiently, and to contract requirements.
• Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and property improvements.
• Maintain client satisfaction, contract retention, and account profitability.
