Ritchie Bros. Financial Services is seeking an Account Manager to join the Account Management team. You will help customers with financing solutions for auctioned assets and build long-term relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in prospecting and closing financing-related sales.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a team.
• French or Spanish language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Contact customers to obtain completed credit applications leading to financing transactions.
• Make outbound calls to customers who purchased equipment.
• Address financing inquiries from customers interacting with Ritchie Bros.
• Educate customers on Ritchie Bros. Financial Services offering.
• Establish financing pre-approvals for future purchases.
• Provide rate quotation information to customers.
• Close customers on terms and conditions of approval.
• Execute Follow the Customer strategy and re-seller strategy.
