What You’ll Do

As a Strategic Account Manager , you will play a key role in maintaining and growing relationships with enterprise customers. Your focus will be on customer success, renewals, and upselling opportunities by deeply understanding each client’s business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of high-profile enterprise accounts.
  • Onboarding and Success : Lead a seamless transition from sales to account management, ensuring customer success from day one.
  • Business Reviews : Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess client needs, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving : Act as a key escalation point for customer issues, resolving concerns by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Innovative Solutions : Work closely with the product team to translate client needs into innovative solutions.
  • Growth Opportunities : Identify and drive upsell opportunities through strategic conversations and referrals within customer organizations.
  • Relationship Building : Proactively engage clients regularly to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work across teams to improve customer health and retention strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably in a PR agency, media intelligence, or enterprise software sales environment .
  • University degree required.
  • Ability to travel to the USA post-COVID for occasional client meetings and industry events.
  • A strategic, consultative mindset with a proactive approach to solving customer challenges.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills —both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Apps is a plus.
  • Public Relations experience is a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to lead virtual meetings with senior stakeholders.
