About The Role
We're looking for a bilingual Account Executive who knows how to navigate complex sales cycles and thrives in a fast-moving environment. If you're someone who enjoys working across industries, partnering with major players like ADP and Workday, and closing deals that actually make an impact for HR and finance teams - you’ll feel right at home here. This role is all about owning your pipeline, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving real value in the Canadian market.
Your Impact
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for mid-market and enterprise Canadian organizations, with a focus on HR, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.
- Drive net-new revenue through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification, tailoring outreach across industries like retail, hospitality, healthcare, and franchises.
- Leverage and activate ZayZoon’s partner ecosystem, including payroll providers (e.g., ADP, Payworks, Workday) to source, co-sell, and close partner-sourced opportunities.
- Deeply qualify and manage complex buying committees, navigating multi-stakeholder sales motions across CHROs, CFOs, and payroll decision-makers.
- Localize and deliver bilingual (English/French) communication and presentations, ensuring cultural and regional resonance across Quebec and the rest of Canada.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Product to influence go-to-market campaigns and client feedback loops.
- Maintain accurate, real-time CRM hygiene (HubSpot) and pipeline forecasting aligned with team and company OKRs.
- Contribute to team-wide learnings and playbooks, actively sharing winning strategies, messaging insights, and objection handling from the field.
You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in an Account Executive role or similar
- Proven ability to manage complex sales from prospecting through to close, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services.
- Experience collaborating with third-party partners (e.g., payroll providers, brokers) to source and influence deals.
- Understanding the decision drivers of CHROs, CFOs, and Payroll leaders — including risk, compliance, and workforce well-being.
- Ability to build, track, and maintain a pipeline using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, with a focus on forecast accuracy.
- Bilingual fluency (French & English) - Can confidently prospect, sell, and demo in both French and English in Canadian markets, especially Quebec.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments where ambiguity and iteration are part of the process.
