Job summary

Mars is seeking a Customer Development Leader in Vancouver to drive profitable sales growth at assigned accounts, maintaining strong relationships and executing customer plans spanning revenue, growth, profit, product assortment, shelving, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and seasonal merchandising.

Responsibilities include influencing customers with fact-based presentations, launching new products on time, accurate forecasting, managing trade funds, and delivering category insights to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in Sales, Sales Analysis, Marketing for FMCG industries.
• Fluent understanding of forecasting, Nielsen and trade management system.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute customers solutions of profitable sales growth for seasonal placement and shelving, merchandising & pricing that achieves customer objectives and company goals.
• Influence customers to implement solutions through fact-based presentations that deliver results beneficial for both customer and Mars.
• Complete new product launches with timely and effective execution to maximize customer impact.
• Execute all agreed solutions with customers to include accurate, timely forecasting and detailed follow through.
• Manage customers trade funds in compliance with internal and external requirements and optimize spending efficiency.
• Provide category information and recommendations for category growth, incorporate customer feedback and potential solutions.
