Job summary

gategroup is seeking a Storeroom Helper to support our flight kitchen in Edmonton. You will receive shipments, stock pantries and kitchens, and move merchandise between departments to keep inventory accurate and organized.

This role requires forklift experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for 40 hours per week on 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments.
• Stock pantries and kitchens.
• Move merchandise between departments.
• Fill requisitions and count products for accurate inventory.

Requirements

• Work 8‑hour shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work 40 hours per week.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an asset.
• Previous experience with forklift is mandatory.
• Environmental requirements: exposure to extreme temperature changes and noise.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours.
