Job summary

Autism Services is seeking an Operations role focused on Delivery activities, budget adherence, regulatory compliance, and directing delivery staff. The candidate will support safety and security of the delivery department and coordinate with supervision.

Responsibilities include maintaining production accuracy for foodservice orders, end-of-shift cleanup, pallet jack checks, and ensuring WHMIS compliance. The role requires weekend availability and the ability to work in a cold/freezer

Qualifications

• Must have Grade 12 or GED.
• Available Sunday through Thursday nights.
• Able to work up to full-time hours (up to 39 hours per week).
• Able to lift up to 33 kg unassisted.
• Warehouse experience is an asset.

• Clean up at end of shift (boxes, cardboard, paper).
• Maintain pallet jack pre and post circle checks, battery charge.
• Clean up duties to keep warehouse sanitary and safe.
• Ensure health and safety, WHMIS procedures and guidelines are adhered to.
• Participate in meetings/groups (shift, departmental, company and safety).
• Perform other warehouse functions as assigned by Supervisor.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, expense and revenue management, compliance with government regulations, management and direction to delivery staff and safety and security of the delivery department.

Role Responsibilities

Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements (About you)

• Grade 12 or GED
• Must be able to work up to full time hours (up to 39 hours per week)
• Available Sunday through Thursday nights
• Ability to work flexible hours weekend and statutory holiday work is required
• Ability to work in a cold/freezer environment
• English fluency
• Able to do heavy lifting up to 33 kg unassisted
• Previous warehouse experience is considered an asset
• Capable of working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
